Corn Casserole

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 egg beaten

1/4 cup milk

1 can mushroom soup

2 packages frozen veg. cut and cook until tender-drain

Topping:

2 oz grated cheddar

2 Tbsp melted butter

1/2 cup bread crumbs

Mix all. Cover with sauce and top with bread crumbs.

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
